Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Cleanroom Superintendent, you’ll be at the helm of cleanroom construction projects, making sure they’re a success. Your tasks will involve:
- Leading day-to-day operations for materials, equipment, and installers during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Providing input on project estimates, schedules, and quality control for project success.
- Ensuring timely project completion and quality control using field operation best practices.
- Coordinating subcontractor activities on-site.
- Conducting job safety meetings to prioritize construction site safety.
- Documenting customer meetings for project review.
- Tracking subcontractor labor with daily sign-in sheets.
- Developing punch lists in collaboration with the customer.
- Resolving coordination and construction issues in the field.
- Submitting daily and weekly job reports.
- Updating project schedules on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- To shine in this position, you’ll need these qualifications and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years of Construction Project Superintendent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to undertake extended travel when necessary.
- Preferred knowledge of HVAC.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction processes and job coordination through relevant experience.
