In your role as a Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll be a vital part of Their Guest Services team, reporting to the Guest Services Manager or their designated representative. Your main duties will include:
- Manage Guest Services in the absence of the Manager.
- Lead by example in upholding service standards.
- Supervise guest registration and check-out, including payment processing.
- Provide training on systems, security, and service standards.
- Foster teamwork and quality service through communication.
- Ensure accurate room status and communication.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Uphold health and safety rules, and reporting issues.
- Act as a safety leader and participate in fire safety.
- Perform various assigned duties as needed during peak periods.
