Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll be a vital part of Their Guest Services team, reporting to the Guest Services Manager or their designated representative. Your main duties will include:

• Manage Guest Services in the absence of the Manager.
• Lead by example in upholding service standards.
• Supervise guest registration and check-out, including payment processing.
• Provide training on systems, security, and service standards.
• Foster teamwork and quality service through communication.
• Ensure accurate room status and communication.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently and courteously.
• Assist with scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Uphold health and safety rules, and reporting issues.
• Act as a safety leader and participate in fire safety.
• Perform various assigned duties as needed during peak periods.
