Role Information:

As a Civil Supervisor, your pivotal role will be steering and ensuring the secure execution of civil construction projects, primarily in the domains of earthmoving and infrastructure. This position necessitates strong leadership skills, adept communication, and the capability to guide the project team effectively. The ideal candidate will bring forth a wealth of experience in overseeing medium-sized projects, with a special emphasis on areas like Tailings Dam, Pond Relining, and Bulk Earthworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee civil construction projects
• You are provide the effective leadership and direction to the project team.
• Ensure clear communication of job expectations
• Safely deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets
• Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring safety compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and adherence.

Requirement:

• Valid HR Class License
• Nationally Accredited Competency Tickets
• Valid NPC (National Police Check) issued within the last 12 months
• Pre-Employment Medical clearance
• Apply First Aid certification
• 4×4 Drivers ticket
• First Response Fire Attack training
