Jobs Responsibilities:
Teach and guide staff in their tasks, keeping them safe and following company rules.
- Suggest hiring and promotions to make the team work even better.
- Make reports about how much we produce and other important info.
- Come up with ideas to make us work better and keep our stuff good.
- Lead and organize a team of 5-10 workers, maybe do their evaluations too.
- Find good ways to do our work on time and in sync with other teams.
- Spot and fix any problems that could be dangerous when making food.
- Take care of getting what we need like materials, tools, and supplies.
- Know how to keep our machines and tools in good shape.
Eligibility Requirements:
The job posts for candidates should have finished high school. It’s good if you’ve worked for about 1 to 2 years, but even less is okay.

Salary:
