Job Description:

As a Service Plumber, your main responsibility will be to fix and maintain plumbing systems in homes and businesses. You’ll also handle HVAC systems, gas equipment, and other plumbing fixtures. Safety, problem-solving, and great customer service are key in this role.

Jobs Duties:

• Troubleshoot and fix plumbing issues in homes and businesses after installation.
• Service and repair Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Adjust and maintain natural gas and propane equipment, from residential furnaces to commercial boilers.
• Install and maintain hot water heaters, gas lines, tubs, showers, fixtures, and faucets.
• Clean and service drains, vents, and waterlines.
• Install and maintain hot water (hydronic) heating systems, including boilers.
• Provide top-notch customer service, including explaining options and pricing, handling invoices, and processing payments with a friendly approach.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Strictly follow safety protocols outlined in the Safety Program and Policies.

Jobs Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber certification or Level 6 Plumbing Certificate from FETAC/QQI.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability for on-call duty on a regular basis.
• Minimum 5-year commercial driver abstract with insurance and claims history.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team in various conditions.
• Possess strength, stamina, and agility.
• Completion of online Construction Safety Training System course before orientation.
