Responsibilities

- Collaborating with the restaurant’s culinary team to create unique and refreshing cocktails that go with the restaurant’s food.
- Tailoring and updating the cocktail menu in collaboration with the restaurant’s management and culinary team.
- Preparing and delivering classic cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, while ensuring quality and excellence.
- To understand the preferences of the guests to make a connection with them and provide them with the best beverage proposals with their chosen dishes, providing a personality-based and distinguished service.
- Managing and ensuring that normal levels of alcohol, mixers, decorations, and bar equipment are maintained.

- Bachelor’s degree or a relevant certificate
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position
- Must have a PIC3 or equivalent certificate.
