Job Description:
In the role of a Medical Assistant at IOM, your main duties involve overseeing Health Assessment Programs, processing applicants, and supporting various services provided by IOM for migrants. Reporting to both the Chief Migration Health Officer and the Data Reporting Officer, you will be a key contributor to the efficient functioning of the Migration Health Assessment Centre (MHAC).

Job Requirments:
The Medical Assistant job candidates who have skills in job posts. The requirements have been the following:
- Education: Possession of a University Degree in IT or a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, or alternatively, a Secondary School Diploma with at least five years of pertinent working experience. An additional advantage includes holding a certificate in IT/Data entry.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist migrants by providing health assessment information over the phone. Record migrant details in the IOM database and arrange medical appointments. Keep track of daily health assessment statistics and update records regularly. Contribute to evaluating customer satisfaction. Execute essential data processing tasks for the MHAC.
Handle medical examination forms, x-rays, and relevant documents. Organize and package medical files during mobile migration health assessment missions.
Forward completed medical forms to various partners. File incoming and outgoing letters, reports, and documents related to IOM medical matters. Fulfill any other assigned duties.
