Responsibilities

Stock Management: Ensure accurate daily tracking of fuel inventory and supervise fuel deliveries.

• Mart Products Control: Oversee dry stock management, align with the planogram, manage vendors, and report sales.
• Staffing: Create monthly schedules, hire part-time staff, handle wages, and enforce work rules.
• Daily Operations: Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety, and comply with local regulations at the service station.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards, handle complaints, and engage with regular customers and the community.
• Vendor Relations: Process vendor invoices, provide feedback, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Cash and OPEX: Handle cash deposits, manage petty cash, and keep station expenses within budget.
• Food Safety: Ensure food suppliers meet safety regulations and certification, and certify food handlers.
• Marketing: Create attractive programs to boost patronage, conduct market research, and assess marketing program effectiveness for future improvements.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone friendly and well-spoken, with good skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English. You should be able to lead a team and be honest and reliable. A passion for retail is a must, and you should know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel. We value resourcefulness and self-motivation in our ideal candidate.
