What You Will Do
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of their critical equipment. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Streamlined Operations:
- Elevate operational excellence by providing technical expertise and cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor technicians in innovative troubleshooting techniques.
- Empower both proactive and responsive maintenance initiatives.
- Supervise equipment installation, customization, testing, upkeep, and refurbishment, aligning with site change control processes, engineering best practices, and GMP standards.
- Harness data insights to optimize equipment reliability and diminish downtime.
- Craft and refine maintenance strategies for facility assets, tailoring preventive maintenance plans for enhanced equipment dependability.
- Ensure seamless equipment functionality through vigilant condition monitoring, conducting root cause analyses (RCA), and instituting enhancements.
- Craft Annual Trend Analysis Reports and administer the equipment reliability repository.
Project Responsibilities:
- Oversee the seamless orchestration of maintenance projects, corrective actions (CAPA), timelines, budgets, and quality, adhering to rigorous controls.
- Guarantee the fulfillment of project objectives while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Furnish engineering assistance throughout the planning, implementation, and documentation phases of enhancement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Traits:

- An Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering degree.
- 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance functions, with a preference for API manufacturing plant experience.
- Profound expertise in cGMP and safety regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with Engineering and Compliance standards, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities that yield practical and effective solutions.
- A knack for assessing situations and intuitively recognizing when to elevate concerns.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, coupled with the capacity to synthesize information from diverse sources to make informed decisions.
- Independence in your work approach, enabling self-driven contributions to the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, facilitating seamless task execution.
- A strong grasp of Equipment Reliability Processes’ Failure Modes, enhancing your contribution to the team’s success.
- Adherence to the English language for clear and effective communication.
