About the Oppertunity:
Join This company team at LandSea Camp Services as an HR Generalist, where you’ll use your HR expertise to guide and support managers throughout the organization. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and the HR Team to implement companywide HR plans and ensure the value of HR is well understood.
Your role involves assisting the operations team, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and handling various HR tasks, including employee onboarding, engagement, investigations, leave management, LMIA and foreign worker programs, and performance management.

About Your Self:
If you are fit right person for this job? You can be succed in the role of thie jobs you should have the 3 to 5 years of the experience in the HR Generalist, ideally in the hospitality or remote camp industry. It’s crucial to have a good grasp of HR laws and Employment Standards Acts in British Columbia and Alberta.
If you hold a CPHR designation or are working towards one, or if you have equivalent experience, This company are encourage you to apply. Prior experience as an HR Generalist with a broad understanding of business operations is a plus.
