- Perform cleaning tasks in member spaces, back-of-house areas, and outdoors.
- Identify efficient methods and products for effective routine cleaning.
- Lift weights over 20 pounds for tasks like furniture movement and garbage disposal.
- Strive to meet and exceed cleanliness standards at Laurier Brantford YMCA.
- Operate vacuums, floor polishers, and various cleaning agents.
- Assist with outdoor tasks, garbage removal, and groundskeeping as needed.
Qualification Requirement:

- Follows written instructions with emphasis on safety standards.
- 1-3 years cleaning experience in recreational services preferred (training provided).
- Valuable WHMIS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Recent police records check with vulnerable sector search required.
