Job Qualification:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a comparable position, with a preference for backgrounds in hospitality or resort management.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management.
- An added advantage is a certification in human resources, such as Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR), or active pursuit of the designation.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth familiarity with employment laws and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
