The Mobility team collaborates with Sydney Global Mobility to help University of Sydney students go on enriching academic exchanges, expanding their horizons.

- Providing administrative services and operational support to the Faculty Services Mobility Team within the Student Administration Service (SAS) unit.
- Processing short-term, semester mobility, and outbound cross-institutional study applications in compliance with pre-approvals and business rules.
- Responding to student inquiries promptly and delivering excellent customer service.
- Exploring administrative matters and preparing advice, recommendations, and solutions for specific projects, policies, and operational issues.
- Offering advice and resolving student administration-related matters with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
- Maintaining professional, productive, and positive relationships with faculty administrative staff, academics, and other internal stakeholders.
Job Profile Summary:
As a Student Administration Officer, you’ll be part of their Faculty Services Team, handling administrative tasks with guidance. Your responsibilities will involve document preparation, record-keeping, and web-related tasks.
