Job Description:
Working as a night-duty Registered Nurse at Moran Engadine means you’ll be delivering top-notch nursing care to residents, tending to their evolving clinical requirements. Your key tasks include nighttime patient care and support.
- Develop and assess individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide clinical services, including wound and medication management, and palliative care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and allied health professionals.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
- Work with the Clinical Leadership team for complex clinical cases.
Qualifications and Characteristics
- AHPRA Registration: Must be a registered nurse with AHPRA.
- Compassionate: Demonstrates caring and empathetic qualities.
- Effective Communicator: Proficient in communicating with various stakeholders.
- Strong Leadership: Possesses leadership skills for team support.
- Assessment Skills: Proficient in assessment and prioritization.
