He was born into a family deeply tied to journalism, Mr. Arshad Zuberi followed his father’s legacy. in Pakistan, M.A. Zuberi was the founder of Business Recorder and a trailblazer in financial journalism. mr. Zuberi made monumental contributions to the growth of Pakistan’s media landscape.

In 1973 he earned his BS in mechanical engineering from USA. Shortly afterward, he became part of the Business Recorder Group in 1974 as Technical Director of APEX PRINTRY, managing the secure printing of bank documents. His professional highlights include:
- 1976: Initiated a division for producing continuous business form stationery.
- 1981: Assumed the role of printer and publisher of the Daily Business Recorder.
- 1983: Led the transition from traditional hot metal news setting to computerized cold set film setting.
