Job Requirements
- High school diploma or similar
- Some experience in warehouse tasks like receiving, processing, or customer service (preferred)
- Know how to lift things safely
- Can stand, bend, twist, crouch, reach, pull, push, kneel, and lift to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and price donated goods following guidelines
- Unload, pack, and store donations properly
- Lift and move boxes and bags to the right areas
- Help with heavy lifting when needed
- Climb ladders to store seasonal items
- Separate and dispose of recycling and garbage
- Meet daily goals for counting and recording donations
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Operate a forklift after getting trained
- Share cleaning tasks in common areas
- Prepare workstations for volunteers
- Give friendly and helpful service to customers
- Handle customer transactions at the counter if needed
- Assist with opening and closing the store
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Rotate stock as directed
- Arrange products to attract customers
- Set up displays for sales items
- Work well with volunteers
- Do other tasks as needed
Salary And Benefits
This is a full-time job where you can work 37.5 hours a week. You can earn $17.40 per hour. The job offers training. You will be working in a supportive and friendly environment focused on the community.
