As the Singapore Office Administrator at PwC, your role involves overseeing various office support tasks. This includes addressing office defects, collaborating with external contractors to resolve issues, and managing office equipment setup and movement as needed. You’ll also assist in regularly reviewing the office for defects and work closely with the Manager to coordinate with external contractors.
In addition, you’ll handle routine assignments like drafting basic correspondence, data entry, and maintaining workflow on the computer. If any time-sensitive office issues arise, you’ll promptly escalate them to the Manager and suggest possible solutions or engage external contractors for resolution.
