Job Description

As a Health and Security Assistant at Kurri Kurri Hospital, you will help their care team in many ways. Your job will include helping on the wards, moving patients, and doing cleaning and security tasks as directed by clinical staff. You will work under the Nurse Manager and with other healthcare professionals to make sure patients get safe and good care.

Job requirements

Experience: Worked before as a Health and Security Assistant or Wardsperson in a hospital, or in the security field and care about patients.

Skills:

• Good at managing risks.
• Knows safety and quality rules.
• Can handle things manually.
• Understands hygiene and infection control.
• Knows how to clean properly.
• License: Has a current NSW Security License (Class 1A or higher).
