She remembered the painful moment when she got this news. “When the doctor said I would have trouble getting pregnant, I had already been trying for more than two years. My left ear felt blocked, like I didn’t want to hear it. I was in shock.” For a long time, she was afraid she would never become a mother. Many women face this problem, and her story will give them hope.

But something unexpected happened. “Two months later, I got pregnant naturally. Even today, my doctor can’t explain it. And in six years, I had four children—all naturally.” Her story shows that sometimes, miracles do happen.
A Supportive Partner and a Growing Family
Bekhti thanks her husband for always supporting her during her fertility struggles. She told him, “I don’t want to put you through this.” But he replied, “It’s not just your problem; it’s ours. I want children, but only with you.” This shows their strong and loving relationship.
Her patience and strength paid off. “In six years, I had four children. My oldest is seven, and my youngest is almost one. I always tell them, ‘I waited for you, and I was so excited for you to come.'” Many people find it interesting how quickly she had her children.
Balancing Career and Motherhood
Balancing acting and being a mother is not easy. “My life is very busy. During a photo shoot, I might say, ‘Put away the green beans. They already ate them for lunch.’ I know everything about my children—what they eat, what they do, and their daily routine.” Many working mothers face this challenge.
Even with her busy job, Bekhti always puts her children first. “If I am away for weeks, I need to know they are okay. But they do not come to my work. When we go on holiday without their dad, we all sleep in the same room.” This shows their strong family bond.
The Deep Bond Between a Mother and Her Children
Bekhti feels free and happy with her children. “At home, we have one rule: every day, we say ‘I love you’ and share laughter.” This shows their strong family love.
Her motherhood journey is special because each child is linked to a film. “When I was pregnant, I was also making a movie. My youngest child is connected to Ma Mère, Dieu et Sylvie Vartan.” This makes her experience unique.
Talking about her new film, Bekhti sees a deep connection between her role and real life. “When Esther tells her son, ‘I give you my life,’ I feel the same. My children are the only ones I would save without thinking. It’s natural. It’s instinct.” This motherly love is very strong.
She ends with a touching thought: “Mothers are superheroes without capes. A mother’s love is the first and purest love. It never changes. I will love my children forever, and nothing can break this bond.” This shows the power of a mother’s love.
With Ma Mère, Dieu et Sylvie Vartan coming soon, people will see Bekhti’s strong and loving role as a mother—both in the movie and in real life.
