Everyone Safe
A large fire broke out on the night of June 13, 2025, at the Marina Pinnacle, a tall 67-floor apartment building in Dubai Marina. The fire started around 9:30 PM and spread quickly to the top floors, making many people in the building very worried.
Safe Evacuation and Quick Emergency Help
The fire affected 764 apartments and 3,820 people had to leave the building. Thankfully, everyone got out safely. Dubai Civil Defence teams worked hard for about six hours to stop the fire completely.
Local officials gave people medical help, emotional support, and temporary places to stay. They also worked closely with the company that owns the building.

What Residents Said
People living in the building said it was a scary experience. One person said thick smoke filled the stairs before 9:45 PM, so they used the elevator to get out. Another family said their neighbours warned them, and they ran through smoke to escape.

Transport Problems Nearby
The fire caused some transport problems. Metro and tram services stopped between Dubai Marina Station and Palm Jumeirah Station so fire crews could work safely. Shuttle buses were given to help travelers in the area.
Cause of the Fire Still Unknown
Right now, no one knows exactly what caused the fire. Dubai Media Office said the smoke in the morning came from cooling down the building after the fire.
This is not the first time Marina Pinnacle has caught fire. There was a similar fire in 2015, and other tall buildings in Dubai have had fires before, fires on top and its dangerous for people, often because of the materials used on the outside of buildings.
