Great affection
In the video that surfaced online, Aregbesola stated that although she and Daramola were not particularly close, she held her in high regard and had great affection for her. She recalled that they met at a TAMPAN meeting in December, where they exchanged warm greetings and Daramola even delivered a lecture.

Poor Network Coverage
The actress explained that she was on a film set in a remote location with poor network coverage when the news of Daramola’s death broke, which caused her to learn about it much later than others.

“I didn’t have a close relationship with Allwell Daramola, but she was my colleague whom I loved so much. It’s not necessary that we must be close, but I love her very much. We met recently at the TAMPAN meeting held in December, and we greeted each other warmly. I was in a location where there was no network, so I heard about her death late. She even lectured us at the meeting held in December.”
