Cathay Pacific celebrates a major milestone with the graduation of its first cadet pilots from the integrated training programme, reinforcing its commitment to aviation excellence and youth development in Hong Kong.

On December 5,, 2023,, Cathay Pacific marked a Significant `Milestone by Celebrating the ”Graduation” of the first Cohort from its newly Integrated Cadet Pilot Training Programme,. Innovative Integrated Training Approach:
The revamped programme, developed in collaboration with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and AeroGuard Flight Training Center, offers a comprehensive 75-week training regimen. Cadets undergo theoretical instruction at PolyU, flight training in the United States or Australia, and multi-crew simulator sessions at Cathay City in Hong Kong.
