Job Role:

In the role of a Timbercraft Facilitator, you’ll be entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities to bolster construction endeavors. Your tasks will encompass:

• Load/unload construction materials and transport to work areas.
• Prepare layouts, ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Shape, assemble, and join various construction materials.
• Assist in floor and roof system installation.
• Support tradespersons in construction tasks.
• Collaborate with equipment operators and guide their movement.
• Remove debris from construction sites.
• Operate pneumatic hammers and nailing equipment.
• Direct traffic at/near construction sites.
• Perform other instructed tasks.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of carpentry experience.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Driver’s license.
• Preferred: Fall arrest safety certification.
• Proficiency with pneumatic tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
