What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage a team of Wash Bay staff, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Schedule personnel shifts, coordinate equipment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise the washing and sanitation of trailers, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records, manage invoices, and perform general maintenance tasks.
Who You Are:
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in a Wash Bay environment is a plus.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high school diploma is required (secondary school education).
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license is preferred.
- The French language is not required!
