Job Description:

As a Coffee Bean Guardian with THE BARN Coffee Roasters, you’ll be the vigilant protector of our freshly roasted treasures. Your mission: skillfully pack these aromatic beans, ensuring they embark on their global journey in perfect form. Your comrades-in-arms? Job Positions:

• Packer (Coffee Beans)

Job Requiremnts:

• Demonstrated experience in logistics or a closely related field
• Consistent track record of reliability, speed, attentiveness, and accuracy in tasks
• Proficient in following instructions and strict adherence to food safety regulations

Important Note:

An EU passport

A valid working permit for Germany.

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct quality checks on freshly roasted coffee beans before packaging
• Utilize specialized equipment to weigh and portion coffee beans accurately
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production
• Implement strict adherence to sanitation protocols for a hygienic packaging environment
• Coordinate closely with the production team to synchronize packaging with roasting schedules
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvement ideas and operational efficiencies
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any malfunctions promptly
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when labeling and sealing packaged coffee products
• Execute special packaging requests or promotions as directed by the production supervisor
• Participate in periodic training sessions on updated food safety regulations and packaging techniques.

Salary:

THE BARN GmbH Packer coffer beans is given a salary is €12.50 EUR per hour.
