Authorities in Costa Rica have officially confirmed that actor MalcolmJamal Warner aged 54 died from accidental asphyxiation by submersion The Judicial Investigation Agency OIJ and the National Police concluded the cause of death following an autopsy conducted on July 22 2025 .
