Job Description:

You can Join this organization’s greenhouse team! This organization is looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and nurture healthy plants. From planting seeds to tending to the conveyors, your hard work will be at the heart of our operation.

This dynamic role thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced setting, where you’ll find yourself working in temperatures ranging from 2°C to 30°C or more, depending on the weather.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate the seeder following instructions.
• Transport plants within the greenhouse to designated areas.
• Identify and address factors hindering plant health.
• Conduct watering, weeding, and pruning for plant vitality.
• Address non-complex issues with the irrigation system.
• Utilize tools like seeders, harvesters, and washers.
• Safely operate machinery for moving heavy materials.
• Monitor and maintain optimal levels of greenhouse materials.
• Keep work and visitor areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skill:

• Fluent in English for clear communication
• Good physical condition for repetitive tasks and prolonged standing
• Eligible to work in Canada

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Day or night options
• Tuesday to Saturday or Saturday to Thursday (schedule may change with advance notice)
